Introducing the recent project, AD Then and Now, which showcases an incredible health transformation journey. Starting in April 2023 with troubling blood test results, including increased cholesterol, high blood pressure, and elevated creatinine levels, the project documents the individual's journey to achieving normal blood test results and an ideal weight of 67 kg without a gym membership, strict diet, or strenuous exercise. This inspiring project highlights the remarkable improvements in health and wellness that can be achieved through dedication and lifestyle changes.
