    PARTICIPANT INDEMNITY DECLARATION

    I voluntarily agree to participate in the AD’s VeloHub Monsoon Ride event.

    I understand that cycling on public roads involves inherent risks including but not limited to accidents, collisions, injuries, illness, weather conditions, road hazards, and loss/damage of personal property.

    I confirm that:

    • I am physically fit to participate.

    • I agree to assume all the risk associated with this Activity.

    • I will wear a helmet throughout the event.

    • I will follow traffic rules and lead instructions.

    • I participate entirely at my own risk. I undertake to discontinue my ride if I am unable to continue beyond my control.

    I hereby release and hold harmless AD’s VeloHub, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and associated partners from any liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation in the event. Organization has provided non-binding respresentations that they shall make best efforts to provide limited support at specific points subject to availability of resources.

    I grant permission to use event photographs/videos for promotional purposes.


    Adv Payment of Rs 8000/- can be done through below upi. The balance payment can be done during or post event based on actual expenses and number of participants.

    Ride Details: June 24, 4:30 AM AD's VeloHub till Kollegal through ORR - Kanakpura - 150 KM

    June 25, 5.30 AM Kollegal to Gudalur (120 km) (if we are not allowed on bicycle then we will use support vehicle to cross the forest)

    June 26, 9.00 AM Gudalur to Nilambur (50 km)

    June 27, 6.00 AM Nilambur to Thrissur (Vadanappally Beach) (120 km)

    June 28, 2 PM Thrissur to Bangalore in Support Vehicle
